Curling Clinic

Signup Now for our first Curling Clinic of the Season

Whether you are new to curling or want to work out the cobwebs before the upcoming season, join us on Sunday Oct 30th from 1-4pm for our pre-season Curling Clinic.

It's a great opportunity for new curlers to gain an understanding of curling strategy and practice basic skills, while more experienced curlers can practice their technical execution and expand their knowledge of the game.

The Clinic will be split into two parts:

Theory (1 hr)

• Curling basics and etiquette
• Introduction to curling strategy
• Wrap-up and session feedback

On-Ice Activities (2 hr)

• Techniques and skills (recommended for new curlers)
• Practice game with coaching
• Wrap-up and session feedback

* Bring a pair of CLEAN running shoes or your curling shoes. All other equipment will be provided.
